These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (https://cubicassociates.com/) and the services we offer (“Services”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Cubic Interiors has the authority to take photos and videos of the site during execution and up to the flat handover. These photos and videos may be used in the company portfolio.
  • The interior design stage will comprise no more than one re-render. Thereafter, fees will be charged on a time basis for changes, in accordance with the time charge fee table.

CLIENT

  • The client shall clearly and timeously specify his/her requirements and provide relevant information, decisions, and instructions to the designer when requested.
  • In the case of a change to the client’s requirements, which is likely to vary the contract value, time schedule, or professional fees, the designer shall promptly inform the client thereof and confirm the client’s agreement to any additional fees and supplementary services that may be required.

TERMS

  • As humans are involved in the execution of projects, minor mistakes may happen. We try our best to provide the best quality and finish, but there may be very minor errors, as this is a service field.
  • We try our best to hand over the project at the mentioned time, as this is a service field. Due to the material’s stock availability and vendor availability, there might be some delay in Handover.

 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Cubic Interiors regarding your use of our website and services.

Updates to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will post any changes on our website. Your continued use of our website or services following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
